Fibre & Fur
Guarantee

Clean Cut Guarantee

Inspect the agreed clean before payment. If something within the agreed scope does not look right, raise it before the job is closed.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

What is covered

  • The carpet, upholstery or area agreed before work starts.
  • Visible cleaning quality that can reasonably be improved by re-checking or re-treating the affected area.
  • Clear discussion before payment if the result is not what was agreed.

What to do if you are unhappy

Raise the issue during the final inspection before payment where possible.

If you notice something after the visit, contact Fibre & Fur as soon as possible with photos and the job details so the issue can be reviewed.

What may happen next

Where the issue is inside the agreed scope and cleaning can reasonably improve it, Fibre & Fur may re-check or re-treat the affected area.

Where the issue is caused by permanent damage or contamination beyond what cleaning can restore, Fibre & Fur will explain the limitation clearly.

Exclusions

  • Permanent staining, dye loss, bleach marks, burns, heavy wear, fibre damage, shrinkage or delamination.
  • Pet contamination that has reached underlay, subfloor or materials that cleaning alone cannot restore.
  • New spills, re-soiling, odours or damage that happen after the visit.
  • Areas, rooms or items that were not included in the agreed job scope.
